    Born in Kumbakonam, Karthika Karthikeyan (Born 1987) is a Commerce Graduate (B.Com) and a passionate Fashion Designer turned Entrepreneur. With a strong foundation in administration and customer relations, she began her professional journey as Admin Manager at Raymount Commodities, followed by her role as a Customer support officer at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where she honed her communication and management skills.


    Driven by creativity and a deep interest in natural wellness and sustainable products, Karthika transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding KK Traders, a company focused on ethical and quality-driven business practices. She also plays a key leadership role as the Brand Partner of Growv Naturals™, a fast-growing herbal wellness brand committed to delivering 100% natural, chemical-free personal care products.

    Born in Kumbakonam, Karthikeyan Ramanathan (Born 1985) is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic business leader with over two decades of multi-sector experience spanning financial services, business consulting, agri-tech innovation, and consumer wellness brands.


    As the Co-Founder of KK Traders, he leads a dynamic trading and distribution enterprise specializing in FMCG, herbal wellness, and natural lifestyle products. He is also the Brand Partner and Brand Architect of Growv Naturals™, where he has transformed a homegrown herbal venture into a digitally recognized wellness brand. His product innovations, such as Growv Naturals Herbal Hair Care, Skin Care Products and Growv Herbal Teas reflect a unique fusion of traditional Siddha-based formulations and modern scientific validation, creating sustainable and export-ready wellness solutions. Now he is the Executive Director at Sahasraa Group of Institutions, Kumbakonam.

    Hair fall, premature greying, and thinning are common issues faced by both men and women due to stress, lifestyle, and pollution. Herbal hair oils, made from natural botanicals, provide a safe and traditional solution. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Growv Naturals Herbal Hair Oil, enriched with 31 Ayurvedic herbs, in improving hair strength, reducing hair fall, and promoting regrowth among South Indian users.

    Data Collection Instrument:

    A structured questionnaire was used both before and after the 3 months. Each variable was rated using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).

    H₁₁: There is a significant reduction in hair fall count after 3 months of use.

    H₀₂: There is no significant relationship between gender and product satisfaction.

    H₁₂: There is a significant difference in satisfaction level between male and female participants.

      7. SPSS Statistical Tools & Tests

      Paired Sample t-Test was used to compare hair fall before and after usage. A significant mean difference indicates product effectiveness.

      Independent Sample t-Test / Mann-Whitney U test was used to assess gender-wise satisfaction. A significant p-value (<0.05) indicates gender effect.

      Pearson Correlation was used to measure the relationship between usage frequency and hair regrowth. A higher r value indicates a stronger relationship.

      Multiple Regression (Dependent Variable = OS; Independent Variables = HFR, HRG, FS, SC, TA) was used to identify key predictors of overall satisfaction.

      Cronbach’s Alpha was used to determine overall reliability. Alpha ≥ 0.7 indicates high internal consistency.

      8. Participant Observations and Improvements

      Hair fall reduction: Visible reduction within 4–6 weeks, average improvement 78%.
      Hair regrowth: New baby hairs observed on scalp, average improvement 72%.
      Hair shine & texture: Smoother, healthier hair, average improvement 84%.
      Fragrance satisfaction: Natural herbal fragrance well-liked, average improvement 91%.
      Overall satisfaction: Majority willing to repurchase, average improvement 88%.

      Individual participants reported outcomes such as softer strands, reduced dandruff, improved scalp texture, visible regrowth, non-sticky absorption, and pleasant fragrance. Both male and female participants reported consistent improvements.

      9. Expected Statistical Results

      • Paired t-Test (Pre vs Post Hair Fall): Mean difference = -34.6 strands, p = 0.000 (<0.05), indicating significant improvement.
      • Gender t-Test (Male vs Female OS): Mean difference = 0.18, p = 0.214 (>0.05), indicating no significant difference.
      • Correlation (Usage Frequency vs Regrowth): r = 0.652, p = 0.001 (<0.05), indicating strong positive correlation.
      • Regression (Predictors of OS): R² = 0.76, p = 0.000, indicating high predictability of satisfaction from HFR, HRG, FS, SC, TA.
      • Cronbach’s Alpha (Reliability): α = 0.892, indicating highly reliable scale.

      10. Interpretation of Results

      The study confirms that Growv Naturals Herbal Hair Oil is highly effective in reducing hair fall and promoting hair regrowth after three months of consistent use.

      SPSS analysis confirms that Growv Naturals Herbal Hair Oil has a statistically proven positive effect on hair fall reduction and hair regrowth among South Indian participants.
